Our menu, a creation of  executive chef and owner, John Huggins, offers a culinary experience so remarkable it can only be enhanced by our stunning view.

 A true waterfront restaurant, facing a stretch of shoreline on the northwest tip of Gulf Breeze, on the southern end of the bay bridge where locals and travelers alike access the mainland of downtown Pensacola, La Brisa is a treasure worth discovering.  Because of the location and westerly face of our indoor, screened and outdoor patio dining areas, we boast the absolute best sunsets around…for literally tens, if not a hundred, miles.
  Be our guest for our exceptional culinary fare while enjoying the opportunity to catch sight of dolphins feeding closely in the cove or the sun sinking down across the stretch of bay in a watercolor sky.

  Even as the vista and gentle wind creates the scene and sets the atmosphere, whether it’s the sun or moon-sparkling waters, the cuisine is undoubtedly the star.

  Our brightly fresh salads like the Strawberry Spinach Salad and the BBQ Shrimp and Avocado Chopped Salad, are meals unto themselves.  Our array of appetizers such as Crab Claws and Cantaplana (sautéed clams) are sensational and savory and we are the only dining establishment on the west end of our peninsula where you can get raw Oysters-on-the-half-shell.

   Rounding out your meal, our very own acclaimed baker creates many astounding desserts, like Red Velvet Cheesecake, Chocolate Kahlua Cake and Italian Lemon Layer Cake, in-house daily.
  Being that La Brisa’s building is attached to a hotel, we conveniently are the only restaurant in town that is open for your service at 7:30 am with a separate Breakfast menu and a fabulous Sunday Brunch.  La Brisa has a menus unique to Lunch and Dinner hours and during dinner there is usually more than one Special added, creations of Chef  John, comprised of the fresh catch of the day, inspired by cuisines and cultures from coastal regions from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean, as well as our Gulf Coast.
